When most buyers go into home search mode - they may wind up with 50+ listings to see. Naturally, that's too many houses to see first hand if you're limited on time! We will help you to narrow your search down to a couple dozen properties, keeping these tips in mind:

• Before leaving town, arrange your needs into one list. Then write the things you simply want in another. If a property doesn't even meet your needs, there's no need to even spend time looking at it.
• Know your budget. If you are going to get a home loan, know your pre-approved amount prior to seeing listings so we can eliminate homes beyond your budget.
• How long of a commute are you comfortable making each day to your job and other activities? Traffic in the Flower Mound area could be different than your current location, so tell us your desired drive-time, and we'll locate homes accordingly.

Before we meet in person, we could send you our picks for listings we should see. Or if you've got a list of properties in mind, let us know what you've found. While seeing listing photos on the web is helpful, there's nothing like walking through homes in person. Let us set up any necessary appointments and map a route. We could visit up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
